M : Right. I should’ve gone to the restroom there.
Should've or should have is defined as something that would have been beneficial to do. An example of should've is realizing that wearing elbow pads would have been a good idea after you've fallen off a bike.
W : Then let’s go to Bon Marche.
M : The department store right over there?
department store : a large store stocking many varieties of goods in different departments.
W : Yes, you may be able to use the restroom there.

M : Good idea. Let’s go.
