W: I’d like to apply for an international driving permit.
-apply : make a formal application or request.
-international : existing, occurring, or carried on between two or more nations.
-permit : an official document giving someone authorization to do something.
M: Okay. Do you have your ID with you?
-Okay : by itself doesn't mean anything. But it is part of "okey-dokey" and "okey-doke", which are other ways of saying "okay". ... Okay, OK, and O.K. are all acceptable spellings of the word.
-ID : identification or identity.
W: No, I left it in the car. Should I get it?
-left : past and past participle of leave.
-leave : go away from.
-Should : used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone's actions.
M: Yes, please make it quick
-please : wish or desire to do something.
-make : compel (someone) to do something.
-quick : moving fast or doing something in a short time.
W: All right... Here’s my ID.
-All right : satisfactory but not especially good; acceptable.
M: Thank you. Please fill out this.
-fill out : To complete (a form, for example) by providing required information
-form : a printed document with blank spaces for information to be inserted.
W: Do you have a pen?
-pen : an instrument for writing or drawing with ink, typically consisting of a metal nib or ball, or a nylon tip, fitted into a metal or plastic holder.

-Turn : move (something) so that it is in a different position in relation to its surroundings or its previous position.
