-respond : say something in reply.
M2: You look stressed out.
-stressed out : suffering from high levels of physical or especially psychological stress
M1: Yes, I do. There’s so much spam, too.
-spam : unwanted or intrusive advertising on the Internet.
M2: Try to limit your time checking email
-limit : set or serve as a limit to.
-limit : a restriction on the size or amount of something permissible or possible.
-check : look at; take notice of.
M1: Like for 30 minutes a day?
-Like : in the manner of; in the same way or to the same degree as.
M2: Right. Then you can focus on dealing with email.
-focus : concentrate. ; pay particular attention to.
-deal with : to take action to do something, especially to solve a problem
M1: Okay. I’ve spent more than an hour on email.
-spent : past and past participle of spend.
-spend : pay out (money) for a particular person's benefit or for the improvement of something.
