M : Where is it? Have you seen my smartphone?

seen : past participle of see

W : No, where did you leave it?

leave : go away from

M : I thought I left it on the chair.

thought : past and past participle of think
think : have a particular opinion, belief, or idea about someone or something

W : Ta da! It was under your backpack.

Ta da : an imitation of a fanfare, used typically to call attention to an impressive entrance or a dramatic announcement
under : extending or directly below

M : Thanks. Oh, the battery is dead. My phone battery doesn’t last for many hours.
