M : I’m in the middle of cramming for tests.

-cram : study intensively over a short period of time just before an examination.
W : How come you waited until the last minute again?
-How come : said when asking how or why something happened or is the case.
-until : up to (the point in time or the event mentioned).
-minute : an instant or a point of time.
M : What can I say? I’m a procrastinator.
-procrastinator : is a person who delays or puts things off — like work, chores, or other actions — that should be done in a timely manner. A procrastinator is likely to leave all the Christmas shopping until December 24th. Procrastinator comes from the Latin verb procrastinare, which means deferred until tomorrow.
W : You’ll be sorry if you don’t change that habit.
-sorry : in a poor or pitiful state or condition.
-change : make or become different.
-habit : a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
M : I’m sorry already.
-already : before or by now or the time in question.
W : I can’t imagine how stressful it must be.

-stressful : causing mental or emotional stress.
-must : be obliged to; should (expressing necessity).
