M2 : Let me see. Oh, I think I can help you. Can you drop by my office after lunchtime?
-drop by/in : call informally and briefly as a visitor.
-office : a room, set of rooms, or building used as a place for commercial, professional, or bureaucratic work.
-bureaucratic : Relating to the business of running an organization, or government.
M1 : After lunchtime? Yes, I can do that.
-after : during the period of time following (an event).
-lunchtime : the time in the middle of day when lunch is eaten.
-do : make or have available and provide.
M2 : Good. I’m going to go to work now.
-Good : well.
