-single : unmarried or not involved in a stable sexual relationship.
M : Yes, he’s been looking for someone, but...
-look for : to search for someone or something
W : Why don’t I set up a date for him? Do you remember my high school friend Rachel?
-set up : the way in which something, especially an organization or equipment, is organized, planned, or arranged.

-of course : used to introduce an idea or turn of events as being obvious or to be expected.
-matchmaker : a person who arranges relationships and marriages between others, either informally or, in certain cultural communities, as a formal occupation.

-Believe it or not : It means they are about to say something surprising or unbelievable, but it is true even if you don't believe it.
-thrill : cause (someone) to have a sudden feeling of excitement and pleasure.
